5 Dales Elevation Profile
5 Dales Elevation Route

The full 5 Dales option! Big hills and big miles! We go deep into (and on top of!) all the Dales on the 190km long route. This is super challenging all the way. The route is stunning, the Dales at this time of year look stunning. Something to build towards during the summer and go out on a high!

Please be aware that if you intend doing the 5 Dales Long Route you must reach Bellow Hill Feed stop 2 by 13:00. If you do not make the cut off at Bellow Hill by 13:00 you will be asked to join the medium route. If you are in this position please comply with the feed station staff and join the Medium route as instructed. If you join the Long route after 13:00 Velo29 cannot be held responsible for your safety and no recovery will be available to you.
