What to Expect in a Velo29 Sportive
Riding from the excellent Apollo Buckingham Health Science Campus HQ we depart onto roads we’ve never before used. We explore some of the best roads in the area, always seeking out great scenery, and avoiding cars and busy sections.
The Cheshire Classic isn’t meant to be the toughest event in the World. The 3 route choices of 70/ 100/ 160km all have around 1% vert. It’s an opportunity to get a distance/ speed record, perhaps push on further than before in a well-supported event or ease yourself back in after a summer off.
We get a great level of Female participation in our Cheshire based events with the Female only start slot always a popular choice. We’d love to see more Female riders at all our Sportives.
