This challenging medium route has plenty to offer the more experienced sportive rider. After a steady ‘roll out’ from Crewe Alexandra Football Club, you find yourself meandering around quiet country lanes of Cheshire, warming your legs up for the first challenge of the day, Mow Cop after just 20 miles. You then find yourself taking on multiple crests climbing onto Biddulph Moor and onto the edge of the Peak District.
After 25 miles of punishing hills, we go easy on you, bringing you back into the rolling countryside of Cheshire for a steady spin into Crewe where you will be greeted by an atmospheric event village, offering free post ride beer and buy yourself a BBQ Beast Burger!
