The City Ride concept is something we’ve been keen to add for a while. We believe in making our Sportives as accessible as possible to everyone and this new short and flat ride is exactly that!
We want to give as many people as possible the great Velo29 Sportive Experience but recognise that our standard short route at 30 or more miles isn’t for everyone.
The City ride concept gives you all the excitement of the longer rides, great route signage, medical and mechanical support, a refreshment stop, a great finishers medal and post ride BBQ sausage and drink!
It’s a great day out for anyone who’s got a bike. We are super friendly and love to see people new to riding, no matter what your experience. It’s a great ride for families, if an adult enters an under 16 can ride FREE!
Perhaps riders on one of the longer routes have friends or family who’d like to try the Velo29 experience and this is a great place to start.
