The Monday before the sportive at 6pm, you will receive a ‘Get Ready’ email which contains information about the sportive.
On Tuesday at 10am, you will receive an ‘Act Now’ email which contains the links you need to obtain your rider number and booking reference in order to complete the Pre-Event Questionnaire and Book a Time Slot.
Booking opens from 10am Tuesday until 18:00 Thursday. This is ESSENTIAL to ride.
It is vitally important that you remain subscribed to our emails. However, copies will also be uploaded to our FB page which you do not need a FB account to access.
No entries on the day.

The NEW for 2025 Cheshire Classic Short starts from Oulton Paek and enjoys a wonderful (updated for 2025) 58.2km km route with ‘only’ 363m of climbing. It is very much intended to be a great day in the saddle aimed at all abilities. We get loads of people new to Sportive riding taking part, family members getting involved for the first time, and people who’ve ridden but never taken part in an organised event.
Our package of signage, mechanical and medical support, feed stations and super friendly atmosphere makes for the perfect environment to take on a new challenge!
Everyone who’s ridden the Cheshire Classic come back to say what a lovely ride is is, the small roads and villages make for a really great ride.
E-Bikes are very welcome in all of our events, we get an increasing amount of E-Bikes which is awesome to see.
With very little climbing this is a great event to bring the family along to.
Super friendly, relaxed and great fun at all times!
