The Monday before the sportive at 6pm, you will receive a ‘Get Ready’ email which contains information about the sportive.
On Tuesday at 10am, you will receive an ‘Act Now’ email which contains the links you need to obtain your rider number and booking reference in order to complete the Pre-Event Questionnaire and Book a Time Slot.
Booking opens from 10am Tuesday until 18:00 Thursday. This is ESSENTIAL to ride.
It is vitally important that you remain subscribed to our emails. However, copies will also be uploaded to our FB page which you do not need a FB account to access.
No entries on the day.

NEW HQ and Route Updates for 2025!
We have moved the Start/ Finish to the awesome Oulton Park where we’ll enjoy great facilities and loads of parking space! It’s also more accessible and avoids heading into Crewe.
We’ve also updated the routes to spread the feeds out more evenly and we explore a few new roads this year!
We explore some of the best roads in the area, always seeking out great scenery, and avoiding cars and busy sections.
The Cheshire Classic isn’t meant to be the toughest event in the World. The 3 route choices of 60/ 100/ 160km all have around 1% vert. It’s an opportunity to get a distance/ speed record, perhaps push on further than before in a well-supported event or ease yourself back in after a summer off.
We’ve got feed stops at Wrenbury which the Medium and Long call at twice (short once) and Norton Hale which serves the long loop.
Our feeds are always well stocked with a fresh brew, fresh ‘real food’ as well as your favourite ride nutrition from High5. At the finish we have a great medal as well as post ride BBQ and a chilled can of Erdinger Alkoholfrei.
We get a great level of Female participation in our Cheshire based events with the Female only start slot always a popular choice. We’d love to see more Female riders at all our Sportives.
