The Monday before the sportive at 6pm, you will receive a ‘Get Ready’ email which contains information about the sportive.
On Tuesday at 10am, you will receive an ‘Act Now’ email which contains the links you need to obtain your rider number and booking reference in order to complete the Pre-Event Questionnaire and Book a Time Slot.
Booking opens from 10am Tuesday until 18:00 Thursday. This is ESSENTIAL to ride.
It is vitally important that you remain subscribed to our emails. However, copies will also be uploaded to our FB page which you do not need a FB account to access.
No entries on the day.

Stage 3 Tour de France Sportive!
This is a big one! Join us and ride all of Stage 3, from Welshpool to Cardiff. 222km, nearly 3,000 km of climbing!
ALL THE CLIMBS in the final of the 3 days in the UK, the Welsh stage is the longest and most hilly.
The stage is amazing as well as challenging, with stunning scenery and incredible roads. The event is 1 week ahead of the TDF, so the excitement will be high, and the resurfacing will be complete!
There will be 4 feed stops; the first is breakfast. We then have our famous FULL FAT Feed: pork pie, sausage roll, sandwich, flapjack, brownie; feed 3 is a hot pasta meal, feed 4 is salt and sugar… a boost to get you to the end! All feeds are supported by HIGH5 Sports Nutrition.
There are 2 options when you book:
RIDE PLUS TRANSPORT – LIMITED TO 180 SPACES
Park your car at the HQ in Welshpool, drop a small bag with us (change of clothes and towel). Complete the ride, then board 1 of our luxury coaches. Hand your bike over to be loaded into a van, and we’ll take you and the bike back to Welshpool.
RIDE – No Transport – LIMITED TO 300 SPACES
Once the ride is complete, take your own transport back to Welshpool for you and the bike. No option to drop a bag at the start.
We’ll have an awesome BIG finisher’s medal for this one, as well as some great, limited edition TDF themed clothing to purchase.
